A transplant to New Mexico from Texas in my teens, I have grown to deeply love New Mexico for its natural beauty and the endless opportunity for adventure you can find here. Throw in the abundant sunshine and friendly people and I’m convinced there is no better place to call home.
I enjoy hiking, biking, backpacking, camping, and floating our rivers. In the summer and fall, you can also find me enjoying the abundance of outdoor farmers and artisan markets our city has to offer. Honestly, there’s nothing I love more than sharing my enthusiasm for New Mexico with others, whether that’s helping them find the perfect spot to call home or scouting out a new trail or campsite. I’m all in for the Land of Enchantment!
As a receptionist and assistant at a real estate office in my college years, my interest in and love for this business started early. After earning my degree in Journalism at the University of New Mexico in 1995, I spent several years in corporate public and media relations before returning to real estate sales full-time in 2004.
At the heart of my approach to business is a commitment to exceptional customer service. Real estate transactions are not just about properties; they are about people and their dreams. It’s my goal to understand each client’s unique wants and needs and ensure a personalized and positive experience every time. And the service I provide doesn’t stop at the closing table. I’m here as a trusted advisor for my clients in all the years in between home purchases and sales, as well. Whether they need a recommendation for a dependable contractor or other professional service provider, or a referral to a Realtor in another location for a sale or purchase, I’m here to help.
I also believe that ongoing education is an absolute necessity. Business practices change and evolve constantly in real estate, so taking advantage of the abundant professional development opportunities in our industry allows me to stay current with market trends, legal changes, and learn about new and innovative strategies and products. Helping the community I love so dearly is a major “why”behind what I do, and I view my success in business as a way to do just that. I am honored to support local non-profit organizations that help meet basic food and housing needs in our community, as well as church and community-based programs that provide tutoring, food, school supplies and clothing to students in need in the public school system.
