When I started Vista Encantada Realtors, LLC in the fall of 1999, my goal was to create a boutique real estate company. It is not a big place and it never will be. It is a highly productive place where a great deal of business is done in a comfortable and colorful atmosphere.

Katherine’s real estate career focuses on helping people find their perfect home.  She absolutely loves working with buyers and jokes that she has a black belt in home shopping.

Working closely with Kurstin, Connie has been in the business for decades and knows all the ins and outs of Real Estate. She is a vital member of the team when it comes to preparing homes for listing. A master at coordinating tasks, she sees to it that your home is ready for going live on the MLS, preparing documents, ordering professional measurements & floor plan, photos, staging, and much more!
