Lamia Faruki | Associate Broker

I have been licensed as an Associate Broker in New Mexico since 1995 and I take great pride in selling homes and land as my full-time business. I have established and conduct my business by referral – meaning that I apply my advertising dollars towards marketing for my customers, rather than on marketing to get new customers.

My goals are to provide a level of service that exceeds expectations and to earn my clients’ confidence and trust.  The highest and greatest compliment that I can receive is referrals to their family, friends, and colleagues.

I am a native New Mexican and have a great appreciation and affection for the big skies, diverse cultures and landscapes in my community. I have become very well acquainted with the different neighborhoods, price points and opportunities in the Albuquerque Metro Area over the many years that I have been selling homes here.  Since I work by referral, I have had the opportunity to provide service in many different neighborhoods of our great city.

I served on the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors for six years. I was grateful to be able to contribute toward the upholding of the standards set by the National Association of Realtors for all real estate professionals.

I am also proud to have earned three special designations: Council of Residential Specialists (CRS), the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and the Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
